Complaints and Suggestions
Use the complaints and suggestions procedure to express your dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda or to submit ideas to improve its quality.
How to submit a complaint or suggestion
Complaints and suggestions related to any other unit of the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and 2030 Agenda can be managed electronically or in person at the Ministry's Registry at Pº del Prado 18-20 and in any of the Registries authorized in section 4 of article 16 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
